So many people think that eating certain foods is considered “cheating.”

Some diet programs allow for “cheat” days or “cheat” meals.

People need to justify that if their eating is not “perfect” or eating foods often perceived as “off-limits,” they are cheating.

But if we change this mindset and consider that EATING is NOT CHEATING - perhaps we can stop the guilt and be okay with what we eat. No matter what.

Now, this isn’t to suggest that you can never eat the foods you love. You CAN. And it is NOT cheating.

The word cheating implies you had done something wrong - underhanded - bad - when all you did was EAT FOOD.

Let’s move past labeling food. Let’s move past the idea that you are not good because you ATE something that someone has suggested you should not have.

Stop with the lists of foods that are allowed or not allowed. And let’s stop with the whole DIET mentality.

I have more than 20 years of working with people who want healthier lives, enjoy food, manage health conditions, and even lose weight to feel better physically.

When we remove and let go of long-held beliefs about food, especially negative thoughts, most people, it is easier to accept food for what it is and enjoy it so much more.

This webinar is LIVE and FREE. Register today to get the link to join.
