It isn’t popular anymore to address weight or talk about weight loss. We should be happy with our bodies and be good with them, right? 

In the Real World Nutrition Membership, it is okay if you want to lose some weight. So suppose you want to lose weight - no shame here. 

And if you don’t? That is fine too. But we can address it and not have negativity either way. It isn’t the main focus here, but we will certainly talk about it.

You want the energy to fuel your body each day - and maybe for a workout (or more)! 

Fueling fitness is critical - but fueling the body properly in the first place is just as vital. Crash diets, fad diets, low-carb, no-carb, high-protein, high-fat, or whatever is the latest diet (which we will address) are not sustainable and don’t often fuel the body adequately. You will know how to fuel your body and how much to fuel your body - that is right for you and your daily routine (and more).

And, for crying out loud, can’t someone just do the meal planning, shopping, and cooking for me?

Okay - this is where I draw the line. Sorry. I will cook for my family and on special occasions.

However, even if you don't have cooking experience, whether you want to learn or outsource it, you can also get the tools for meal planning, shopping, and QUICK meals. I just won't come to your home. (Negotiable - but it will cost you extra.)

I can help you with some tips and planning to get you started. And eating healthy does not have to be expensive, eating healthy does not have to be time-consuming, and eating healthy does not taste like cardboard (who eats that stuff anyway).
