    How about a registered dietitian nutritionist who LOVES to eat and see others enjoy eating.

    I help you break the rules – because there are no rules. You can eat what you want.

    I help you understand who to listen to and who to believe – or more importantly, how to believe in yourself.

    It does take some strategy, some planning, and some work. Even if you are not a planner that is fine. You can have a plan to make this next meal a bit better.

    Over the course of about 6-12 conversations, I help YOU set up a plan of action, realistically setting yourself up to eat well so you can feel better – physically, emotionally and mentally.

    Once you start to eat the foods you need – you learn to trust yourself and love the body you have because you are caring for it and nourishing it and feeling the energy you’ve probably didn’t know you were missing.

    Things change – especially in the area of health, nutrition and medicine (can you imagine if it hadn’t in the last 50 or 100 years?) – and it is my job to follow the science and keep you apprised of what is means to you.

    If weight loss is your goal – I can help you. If feeling better is your goal – I can help you. If being less confused about food, nutrition and the confusion that goes with it – I can help you.

  • What this includes:

    You tell me what your top three biggest challenges or problem are. What are you confused by? What do you need to start with? What is it that has you stuck? We then work together move forward on what you can do right now and start with your very next meal or eating episode to get this going. Not sure where to start? I have some common topics that are areas of confusion for a lot of people – they just don’t realize it. For example, do you know that the word “natural” on a food label is not a regulated term? Do you know what parts of the nutrition fact panel you can probably ignore and which parts you should really pay attention to? What should be included with every single meal? Do you really need to avoid any foods? Do you know that carbohydrates are in virtually every food? And protein is in more than just meat? Not everyone does.

    Every 1-2 weeks we check in and refine the goal or get going with the next one.

    We work together in a virtual, private platform where we work together virtually (phone, video chat, or messaging) and check your progress and where you wish to go or your hurdles.
