INDIVIDUAL/SMALL GROUP SERVICES for Busy Professionals and Recreational Athletes

Shelley works with busy professionals and recreational athletes to create a nutrition plan that's easy and affordable and with foods they love to eat, so they feel more healthy, confident, and energetic and are able to carry this into their work, their family and their relationships.

This means that you can eat "regular" foods, eat the same foods as your family and friends, and still be a healthy individual - without feeling guilty. You will never be told to not eat certain foods.

From individual "VIP" Days to 3-month or 6-month programs, you decide what results you want and you and Shelley set up a strategy session to discuss how to help you accomplish this.
